Schedules list the area to which a worker is assigned.

Available subs are listed at the bottom of the schedule.  If you find that you are
unable to work a particular meet,
please contact an available sub and then
submit a schedule change so that we can update the schedule.

                                             2010 Track Worker Information:

  • All Workers should arrive at the meet site no later than 1/2 hour prior to the start time of the
    meet.   

  • Please come appropriately dressed for the weather, including sunscreen.  We are outdoors in
    the weather for the entire meet.  

  • In addition to dressing for the weather, you must also make sure that your clothing and shoes
    are appropriate for our setting.  We have pastors, principals, parents, grandparents, etc in
    attendance at our meets.  You are representing our parish and your families as you work.

  • Cell Phone usage, INCLUDING TEXTING, needs to be limited to before or after the meet.  

  • Workers are responsible for setting up their area and also cleaning up their area at the
    conclusion of the meet.  This includes picking up any cones, measuring instruments, mats,
    rakes, brooms and all other items used in your area.

  • All workers are needed at the conclusion of the meet to help carry all equipment back to our
    trailer.  Please do not register for a meet if you can not be there from beginning to
    end.  

  • Meet ending times listed are only an estimate.  Length of the meet will vary depending on
    number of athletes and also on the weather.
